No.

I give them 3 options.

1. Fix the game via patch if they can.
2. Recall the game, refund our money, and get to work on a PS3 specific build of the game, to release later and not a crappy port.
3. Recall the game, give us our money back, and move on with no PS3 version of Skyrim.

Good thing the other 2 will probably cost more than just fixing a patch.. and if it indeed unfix-able "LAWSUIT LOL WUT?"

If you would pay for a new product that is defective to be fixed then u may also need to pay for a brain transplant.

How many people here can say that their complaining because this is an amazing game. If it was just a mediocre game, you wouldn't hear half of the disappointment or complaints. I would have gladly played 30 or more so dollars for this masterpiece, minus the bugs. Seriously this is revolutionary stuff.

Hey now, just because they tricked me into paying $60 for a faulty game doesn't mean I'll pay $60 more to get it to work. That's nonsense!

You're insane! $60 dollars is already an insane price for games, and those prices are just going to keep rising. Wait until the next TES game comes out, and you'll have your wish. By that time games will probably be anywhere between $80-$100 per game. No games now are way overpriced, and it doesn't matter how much content a developer can pack into it.

Just about everyone here would, at the very least, be tempted by a 60 dollar patch that fixed the game (as long as we were 100% sure)

But I believe most of us wouldn't pay it because we actually have a pair of balls, or for the women, ovaries.

Excuse me, that was ignorant... a brain.

But you won't have to if they fix it with free patches. I Think it's just a problem with slower hard drives. Someone said solid state drives have less problems then the drives that come with the ps3. Which I think that the testers used different hard drives then we used. Which is probably why this was missed in testing. Which is why the 360 only has problems when it's installed to the hard drive... Makes sense to me.

Sigh.. stupid threads like this is why we cant have nice things.
The whole forum is a mess of ppl complaining about the fps issues, and no admin cleaning them up.

If the admins are beth representatives i have a bad feeling about future fixes.
