I'm going to have to go with Brian Wheeler. The guy is laid back and candid during interviews, which I appreciate. The less PR like the better in my opinion.

Eh, I've never seen them in an interview, just that quakecon video with them playing.

They are a part of the community team and are generally pretty nice people. I've had a few talks with them.
