After playing for a while, I began to realize that all of the merchants said the same thing, despite having different voice actors. If Bethesda is paying multiple actors anyways, why don't they give the merchants a few different lines when you trade with them?

Some may call this junk, me I call them treasures.

Must be to do with memory file size. Cant have too much audio.
