Ok, so I have many games downloaded on Steam, and almost all of the "times played" stats are completely bogus.

Morrowind: 11 hours (LOL)

Oblivion: 23 hours (LOL)

Skyrim: Doesn't even say

KOTOR: Doesn't even say

etc etc

I've played all of these games *well* over 600+ hours each and I am baffled at why the stats keep resetting or saying random garbage. Any idea why this happens?

Not sure about your particular experience, though in my case I know that it doesn't distinguish between actual playing time and when the game is paused, even minimised, which is quite irritating. I've noticed that a number of online services can't count though...

ive generally never had any trouble with the accuracy of time played, there have only been a few exceptions for games that are in beta and just one time where the hours were temporarily screwed up.
