If there's anything I can really whine about with hearthfire, it's the lack of mead brewing. It's easy enough, according to RL recipes I've looked up. I even found a recipe for Vilod style mead (with juniper berries mixed in). So why no brewing? I know the cellars have restocking mead barrels, but it's not quite the same...

Look like its more work for poor Zaria, Might want to modify some of the barrels, add ingredients, brewing starts and you get the bottles after some days.

My Imperial has a great idea for a mead recipe. Infuse it with purple flowers and moon sugar. Non-Nords who drink it suddenly have the cold resistance of Nords. And Nords who drink it can go out and make nvde snow angels.
