Okay, so far I've been on Bethesda's side in most of the 'Why Beth, Why?" rants, but you've gone to far this time Beth. I just found some armor as a reward for a quest (no spoilers here) with an awesome enchantment, perfect for my stealthy character. However, it's on heavy armor!!! Why can't I disenchant it? What would be the harm? I mean, you could make it only enchantable on body armor, what would be the harm in my putting this enchant on armor that I have leveled and perked? This is completely useless to me. Why would you make the reward for a stealthy quest Heavy Armor, anyway??!?!!?

Because you can't disenchant daedric artifacts. It's basically part of their body.

That. And you'll find the game is pretty biased towards Heavy Armor

Inability to have everything in an RPG be useful to you? Get out of here, that's just outrageous.
