Why can I not find another MMO to play? :(

I'm really getting depressed. I'm getting depressed because I cannot find another MMO to play. I want to venture out and play new things, try other MMO's, and I am just so unsatisfied with anything I play.

I cannot find an MMO to play that doesn't fall short on a multitude of levels, so many that I just cannot justify putting any time and energy into them. I have played World of Warcraft for many, many years, and I just recently cancelled my sub just because I want to try new things. I have tried

Lord of the Rings Online

Guild Wars

Guild Wars 2

Dragon's Prophet

Star Trek Online

SWTOR

EVE Online

I mean..I just don't get it. It's like nothing is fun to me. Every game that I have tried has so many glaringly bad issues. Either the quest are extremely stupid and boring, or the art style is just way off for me, or the UI is horrendous and cluttered, or the game is dead bc no one plays it, the list goes on. I just cannot stop nitpicking and being unsatisfied with any game. And then I think back on WoW and how great that game is to me in almost every regard, the quest are enjoyable now that they fixed the zones and rewrote almost every quest, the graphics when turned to Ultra are really, really nice, the raiding is great, the PVP is great and diverse, the community is booming with 9 million players. I mean, it's really just fun to me. But I don't want it to be fun to me anymore, I've played it for so long. My standard are very high and I've set the bar really high with the quality of content that World of Warcraft puts out (don't make stupid comments, WoW is unmatched in the amount of Content they put out for their users, it's unreal how much blizzard does for WoW every single day)

I feel that other MMO's that I play are just too shallow and pointless. There seems to be not actual drive or goal, no "end game" so to speak, and the end game aspect of WoW is booming. There is so much end game content in WoW that it gives you a valid reason to sub and to level up for the raiding, the vast variety of PVP, profession maxing, scenarios, max level quest chains, I mean it's just a lot of stuff.

But I can't play these other MMO's for 10 minutes without being disgusted. What is wrong with me? :(

Maybe you should just give MMOs a break for a while? Sounds like you're just burnt out. Go play a nice singleplayer game.

There is that option. I have a slew of singleplayer games I could be playing. But I'm a social person. I like grouping with others and talking while I play a game. It's a fun social outlet.

Then have you considering multiplayer games that arn't MMOs? Maybe something like Team Fortress 2, Planetside 2 or DOTA 2? (or any other game with a '2' in the name :P )

All fun games that have socialization in them :)

I demand quality in my MMO experience. =/ I'm afraid that too many free to play MMO's just don't have the same level of quality content that I'm used to while playing WoW. The game just runs so fluidly and it's so elegant because you can create your own UI from scratch using mods, it's just so user friendly. I feel like other MMO's try to shove everything down my throat with a hammer and it's really unsettling.

Thats because there are MMO mills in asia (Mainly south korea) and asian MMOs do not sit well with western gamers very well.

And WoW... fluid? Please. It was designed in early 2000s, and is as clunky as every other mmo from that period.
