Why can't I sprint?

The controls are fine, I have no active effects saying I have any disease (took 2 cure disease potions for good measure) and I'm not over encumbered, anyone have any ideas?

Yeah, sorry. Stealthmode /crouching. Couldn't find the right word. On what system are you playing Skyrim?

Ah, me too. Well if you're not 'crouching' just run forward and holding 'LB' should do it.
