Why cant i read the Black book: Walking Dreams ? : V

So I tried reading the black book to refund some perks. I read the book and something poped up and said "A vision of solstheim swims before your eyes and then is gone." What does this mean and why cant i read the book ? Any replies will be appreciated, Thanks.

Probably because it can only be read in Solstheim.

it means you are in Skyrim trying to read it. You have to be in Solstheim for the black books to work.
