With that being said, this is a good game, though allot of bugs and problems should have been solved by release, not rush a game because allot of stock holders are eager to make cash. Sad to say that the old saying"the fast dime will always beat the slow quarter", or if you release a good product, they may buy from you again in the future. EA has released allot of products this year, but how many of those are of quality? This year has been better for EA, and is slowly regrowing my faith in the company after they have been to the crapper the last 5 years. It's cool that EA wants to produce allot of games, just they need to keep there name off crap.
So i guess my point is though this game is good, there are allot of small things that they should have fixed before launch, and with proper beta testers that actually give a damn, and share holders that worry more about the quality of the product then how fast we can launch it, will equal a great company. Is this too much to ask when we buy downloadable content hidden on the disk? Is it too much to ask for when i give you $70 of my $$$?
Maybe it means more that I can network my experience to other people, that i have access to post in areas where over a million people a day have access to what I write (not facebook lol)...funny enough as I write this, there is at least one person that feels the same way and will post about this same thing, and that person will touch someone on the exact same subject. Quite the cascade on networking someones thoughts on a video game, since no one in there right mind can trust video game rankings on major websites, since they always seem to leave out important issues of the game. Watch IGNs review on Crysis 2 to see what i mean.
Either way this maybe a rant, but my point is I wish more companies would be like Square-Enix...not saying all there games are awesome, but they are all playable, and that is what matters. Its a shame I have to play Crysis 2 in 720p instead of 1080p because of lag and frame-rate issues, and hope this gets fixed soon.
Just a reminder to EA, there is allot of Beta testers that will work for free on PSN, Xbox, and PC...the difference between someone you pay $10-$15/hr to beta test and someone who will do it for free is that we just want to buy a game that works from your company and to say you had a part in its development. That is worth more that what you could pay us, because we are here for the product, not the money...funny in the end we are the ones still paying you in the end for this privilege. Think on how much money your games would save getting rid of those beta testers that don't care, or are too scared in pissing off a developer...which we aren't. Though if you are going to put your name on a product, you should be as accountable as the developers, no matter which company is in charge of beta testing it...if you owned a company, would you put your name on crap?
Anyway, sorry for the bad grammar and possible spelling, but i am writing this on a small lap top, makes me ask who beta tested this keyboard, my thumb hits the mouse pad all the time.
