Why do they just ignore the small, seemingly easy to fix things in this game that would improve gameplay?

They seem to just ignore them, instead things like making kinect work a bit better is a priority.

They could lead to bigger problems

Fixing things on programs isn't as easy as it sounds.

Usually if they try to correct one thing the program argues with itself somewhere and tada another bug/glitch/problem that some suggests should get fixed in the next patch.
