Seriously. Every single random encounter in the wild, they go after my horse. My horse runs, they chase it. I dismount 100 yards away, they run right by me to get at the horse. He's just a horse!

Horse is a pretty good tank, i don't know what kind of horse you have but my horse fights with me and it looks like it can take quite a lot of hits.
