Everyone is always like, "you don't look so good." Or, "you look sick are you OK?"

I have no diseases good gear. Im a wood elf.

I had comments about fur growing out of my ears while wearing a helmet, guess Skyrim NPC's have got x-ray vision.

It's the way your character physically looks. Maybe black lips... or darkened eyes? They said the same to my Nord

I get that too all the time. I don't have any negative effects. Beast blood protects me from most of them anyways.

Some guard just said that to me

"Is that fur... coming out of your ears?"

I have the same problem. Talked to this one lady and she said I looked sick and I then i took off the helmet, talked to her again and then she wanted to get to know me more, lol.

I keep getting comments on how tired/exhausted I look and that I should be resting in bed instead of running around.

I think it happens when I haven't slept in a while, but that might've been a coincidence and they just think I'm too pale. ???

after sleeping you will be well rested and the comments will stop for a day

Try going to the Cauldron place in Whiterun the owner there says what disease you have and sells you stuff for it.
