Seems everyone I pass by says "You don't look so good, are you sick?"

I'm not a vampire, cured that. Not a werewolf anymore either, cured that. I am usually well-rested. Yet people still say I look sick? Could this be a glitch or is there something I am overlooking?

Go to the active powers and see if there's anything red there...you probably have a disease (a shrine or cure disease potion will make it vanish).

You're probably sick go to your magic tab and scroll to "active effects" it will tell you which disease you have currently.

I had this as well, then when I slept, when I woke up, it would tell me that I was "Rested" instead of "well-rested", so I visited a temple and got cured. When I walked into the temple, some dumb woman said, "ewww you're sick..."

I have this too, but I visit a shrine and people still tell me I look sick. Is it because my character is black?

If it is the Alchemist saying you look sick, she is just trying to sell you something. If it is everyone telling you that, then you must have some other kind of disease affecting you. Go to your Magic section and look at effects tab to see what it is.
