It's common for all gamesas games and DLCs to have a spoilers page.

Besides, things added in Hearthfire ARE considered spoilers- adoption, names of the houses, what can be put in, random attacks...

Hearthfire may not have an overarching story, but it does have things that are new to Skyrim that someone may not wish to be exposed to before starting the DLC.

Many people would want to discover these, and many other things in Hearthfire, on their own without the knowledge that they could happen.
