Why dont they let you change race before leaving Helgen keep

Post » Thu Dec 06, 2012 9:20 pm

They did in Oblivion and Fallout 3.. yet in Skyrim its like they knowingly made the decision that 'hey, lets make them sit through the intro over and over, cos giving them the choice the change race at the end of the intro makes the game worse'

are they stupid or were they just drunk when making the game?

get this through your head gamesas.. im sick of going through the execution every time I make a new toon. Give us a respec option ala your previous games before leaving the keep. I shouldnt have to tell you this.

Skyrim is pretty much an all or nothing game and thats one thing I don't like about it. There's no "rewind" or going back. What you see is what you get -.-.

The funny thing is that the option for a second options menu right before going back to daylight was already in game but taken out again. I have no clue why.

Ok, we need to make up our minds, TES forums. When Skyrim was first released everyone complained about standing stones instead of star signs because 'these are decisions that you should make and keep- if you mess up you should have to start over'. Now people are saying that they want to be able to change things at a later point again.
