Why no Doom for germans?

Post » Thu Nov 29, 2012 4:05 pm

So, Bethesda had Doom "tested" again, and it's now legal to be sold to everyone of the age of 16+ again in Germany, this was OVER ONE YEAR ago and still no sign of it in the German Steam store. I think by now it's justified to ask: What the hell is taking so damn long? Why does Bethesda go through the trouble of having it (successfully) tested by the authorities, and then it doesn't even appear on Steam?! That doesn't make sense.

Same for Quake actually.

Want Doom, want Quake - pretty please with cherry on top! <3

FYI, It's not gamesas, it's id. Both of them are owned by ZeniMax. If you're going to complain, then get the guy-at-fault correct. It's like yelling at the cashier of Wal-Mart because the stuff in Target too expensive.

Why would you yell at a cashier because stuff is too expensive? I should mention that i did not mean to complain, i was inquiring/begging.

Well, i came here through the Bethesda site, and up there in the adress bar it says "gamesas.com". Nevermind who owns who, or what, this is the/a Doom forum, so i imagined someone may know why this is not happening.
