Why does everybody hate Khajiits i mean ya they are cats but common who dosent like cats. Even the poeple in skyrim hate Khajiits. Why!! They are the only creature that i like.

Once again you only witnessing a small population and Khajiits are just as popular as the other races it's a matter of opinion.

i don't really like playing a cat-person, but who cares what i or anybody else thinks of them? You like them, play one and have fun.

Thats because the population is mostly filled with nords who are racist. A couple nords told me they rarely let other races into their towns and thats why you don't see many. Khajiits are cool and I will play as one.....eventually.

I thought you were talking about real people hating them. Some of my friends hate on them because all they see them as are just furries and think all there fans are (In their words) stupid furries.

I kind of understand where they can draw the conclusion from,(them being like furries) but I dont understand the hate. :/

Not everyone hates the Khajiit, and those that do usually do so out of personal preference. As for why the Khajiit are disliked in Skyrim, the answer is two-fold. First of all, if you haven't already noticed, Nordic culture in the Elderscrolls series is very racist. If you aren't human, chances are you aren't going to be looked too kindly upon. Hell, I can even go as far to say that for some portions of the population anyone who isn't a Nord will be treated terribly. Secondly, outside their native Elsweyr the Khajiit have a reputation for being a bunch of thieves and vagabonds - which does little to help people's impression of them. Is it true? For some of them, yes. But like all races it's just a stereotype that follows them around, like how most people see a High Elf and immediately assume that they're going to be a horrendous snob.

The Dunmer are simply superior.

Because beast races have kooties.

Don't you think "hating" a virtual race is kind of silly and childish? Who does that does not deserve your attention.
