Why in the flying cocka-doodle-doo do i run out of mana in 2.5 seconds as a mage o.O?! I hate running and waiting for mana to regain. And i prefer not to get the apprentice stone for weakness purposes. Any advice? Im lv10ish by the way.

Get some mage robes fom one of the College of Winterhold senior members, and if you have the coin, go to Radient Raiment in Solitude for some enchanted jewlery.
