Its as if i have a disease but i don't. I use a lot of enchanted gear but when i take it all off its red. Is this a glitch? If so how can i fix it?

Go get a blessing and see if it disappears.

Look your Active Effects in the Magic (Power) menu. That will tell you what is going on.

Also, until you reach higher levels, you are just about guaranteed to catch some disease if you walk from one location to the other. Reason is, the chance to get a disease from a fight is high enough that two or three encounters is all you need to catch something.

Its not the problem. there is nothing there no diseases, and the shrine or potion wont do anything

nope.. I think i glitched it because i wear so many enchanted items. Like now for some reason in the active effects menu, it shows the effects for somthing that i wore earlier)

Is there a certain standing stone that is giving you some strange effects? Though, I am not aware of a standing stone that does that to your stamina and health.

Maybe it's your mods if you play on pc.

Its happened to me, but instead my health stayed green, meaning a fortify potion i took glitched up and stayed permanent. I started a new game after that, it just didn't feel right playing with a free 80 points of health. Since then i never use fortify H/M/S potions or enchantments.
