Why is there no "Official" BuG Thread?

Why isn't there a stickies bug thread yet? I made a post earlier that was about an hot key bug, and it's long gone now. It would be a lot easier for devs to fix some of these issues if they had one central source to check out. Agree? Disagree?

A few bugs so far I've seen:

Horse going invisible When some object are infrint of it/blocking my view to the horse(vertical support beam)

W makes horse move forward. S makes horse move forward. So what makes a horse walk backwards?? I dunno?

Atleast with a hunters bow, having two bows then hotkeying it, the bow will unhotkey itself everytime you switch over to another hotkeyed item. Dropping one bow(leaving you with just one) fixes this problem. Haven't tested it with other multiple items, like swords or axes.

Picking up certain items then letting go, items stay in midair as if resting on a table.

Bow controls are not precise. Clicking the left mouse button after firing doesn't get another bow ready a lot of the times. Very annoying in a fight. This also happens when I take my time clicking, so it's not me clicking early or something.

Not so much a bug, but a WTF?! My archery was a red 20(25 in reality). I knew I must have been diseased or poisoned. Couldn't find out for the lifeof me if I was. The only place I found where it remotely made sense to be(active effects or something in magic menu). Didn't show any poisons etc. I took a cure disease potion and that cured it. Just wish I knew what "IT" was.

Also not a bug but.... We can use wsad to move in every menu and every prompt, and use e to select. Why can't I use ad to move from "Yes" "No" and select it with E when it comes to adding poisons, or selecting perks/magic health stamina? Kind of annoying to me.

Lol I just got my first bsod in over a year.... Was it te game or just bad luck??? Hmmm...

Also another buggy type thing I've encountered. It happened when your asked to bring some ingredients to that women when following the main quest. I broke into the ladies house, she's sleeping, I'm hidden downstairs, but she's talking to me. They need to disable npc random pvssyr when the npc is suppose to be asleep. I stole all her ingredients then used her station and she was saying how great the potions I made are! I freaked out and turned around and no one was there lol. Snuck upstairs and she's sleeping, I'm still hidden, then she says I can buy stuff off her lol. Finally she sees me and wakes up, then starts freaking saying she will call the guards. So she's friendly and nice and auto detects me to spew some random lines, when I'm hidden, then goes bat crazy once she's up and about! Sweet!

amen!

I'm quite surprised that this game was released on PC with such terribleness. Seems a wide array of people are experiencing the same issues constantly. This leads me to believe that the game wasn't properly tested on PC, also a driving factor as to whether or not I'll buy a PC game from Bethesda again.
