In teaser-reailer, Bethesda Softowrk name shows just before ZeniMax Online Studios. So I guess, Bethesda Softwork is the publisher of the game, same as it did with TES games.

It's not a game developed by Bethesda Game Studios, but it's still published by Bethesda. Just like many of the other games with their own forum sections here, like Fallout: New Vegas, Prey 2, Dishonored and so on.

I really would have thought Zenimax Online, knowing the annoucment would have bothered to make their own forum for it off the bat.

They aren't just working on the forum though, but the whole website for it. And it will probably have some connection between the forum account and the game account, just like on most other MMO forums like TOR, but that's just my speculation.

I think they are probably bound my some exclusivity deal with Game Informer - once their article goes officially live, we'll see more things around the net like an official forum with a dev presence. I'm hoping, anyway.

This is the gamesas forums not BGS forums. Bethesda Softworks is the publisher for ALL Zenimax titles and will likely be the publisher for ESO. As Freddo said there will likely be a separate site and forums dedicated to the game that is integrated with player accounts as with most modern MMOs these days.

Maybe they are hoping this forum takes the brunt of the whine posts and by the time the Official forums go live, the complainers wont have enough interest to make an account there and clog the place.
