Starting today, YouTube just started becoming laggy for me when watching in HD. Low FPS or jerky and stuttering during the video. Is anyone else having this or is it a problem on my end?

Thought I was the only one to be honest. Something is definitely happening to youtube. Have some vids in a playlist and they started stuttering when they normal don't do that. Other videos completely shut down, refusing to load up properly. Had to reload the page while adjusting settings to force them to play.
