Hello guys
This most likely have been posted before on several different forums and properly here too, but now it is getting to my nerves that this has not been fixed yet....!

I am running skyrim from steam and evrything runs fine in a while or about 30-60min then the game gets al laggy and FPS wil drop from constant over 30 to between 12 and 20FPS making the game almost unplayable... This happens randomly when i enter a house or fast travel.
I have read several fixes on this and tried 100 of different things and combinations but non of them work.
The most common thing I hear is that when you a over level 20 or so you get this lag!? I also heard that it is because of the save game file becomes too big?

I am running on a descent system that should not get this lag even with everything maxed out.

Specs:
q6600 Intel CPU
560ti nvidia GPU
8GB Ram

I would appreciate any kind of help or advice since I am going crazy because I can't play!
