Wife was kidnapped by bandits, she managed to free her self but is bugged, just kicking sideways and don't walk, dialogue is OK.
Know that this is an common problem.
Any tips/ console commands to reset this?

Fast traveled to house, bandit was fighting the horse so I killed him. Found the ransom note and went inside to drop off some loot, while doing so I got the quest complete message, because I know this was an problem I walked to meet wife at the embershark mine, she was fighting an bandit and I noticed she was unable to move, asked her to follow me and fast traveled back but it did not reset.
