Who could have possibly culled all the secrets of Skyrim in a month?

Several people probably bought the game guide and wham!

Are you talking about the TES Wiki or The UESP? Either way, both of them are open to edit by the public and I'm sure both of them have people who are designated to creating/editing articles.

Wiki's are contributed to by many people. Some are fans of the Wiki and want it to be the best it can be, some are fans of the game and want the information to be the best that it can be. To that end, not everything on the Wiki is completely accurate, especially now. However, the junk usually gets taken care of over time. In the mean time, most of it is useful and can help you in the game.

People all over the world can edit it.

Also, a lot of people have nothing better to do than try and take the software apart and anolyze it.

It IS God. Or Skynet. We haven't decided yet.

AFAIK you can use some of Fallout 3's editing tools on Skyrim because of similar file structure.

Then it's just a case of finding information you need and, well, being a nerd.

When the CK comes out in January, the information will greatly, greatly be improved.
