Microsoft today said that Kinect will be an integral part of Xbox ONE. Sony will release a version of Move for PS4. Will the console version of ESO make use of this? My Xbox version of skyrim can use voice command. I would love some type of Kinnect/Move utilization in console as PC version will have keyboard.

Honestly don't care, since I'd be going PC, but I'd say no should be the answer as motion capture is more of a gimmick than something for pvp or questing.
What would you even use it for other than an alternate way to fiddle with the menu?

I don't imagine much aside from console exclusives will be taking advantage of these features, so it's a safe bet that the answer will be no.
