If it can run it. What is the best setting I can use so this game can run smoothly without any slow down or freezes?

The HD 6370 is a renamed HD5470 and is an entry level mobile graphics card. It would probably play crysis 2 alright on low settings depending on the screen resolution used but I wouldnt expect too much. The rest of your laptop is very good, its just the graphics card that isnt up to the task.

It should run it on low. I could run the demo on a 2Ghz quad and a 4670
