Remember though that this will be an MMO and there will be no such thing as a final version of the game and if enough people make petitions on the game forum there is bound to be a patch cause of by popular demand.

Hard to say since we don't know where the screenshots were taken. There are a few Ayleid ruins, if those are in Cyrodiil, then it's bad news since they don't seem to be in a jungle.
I hope we are going to have more screens soon, with the actual locations indicated.

Petitions to change games in order to better suit the player base have been known to succeed, if its not too ridiculous and if feasable.
