Aww, i wish they would have one. Like battlefield3 is doing it, having retail copy's for there dlc's. well thank you anyways

I'm sorry to give bad news, but the general consensus on these forums for a while has been it probably won't happen for a while.

Oblivion had The Assassin's Den, Thieve's Den, and the Wizard's tower on a disk.
The disk came with a xbox monthly magazine.

I've been searching for that disk, I regret ever letting my friend borrow it..

Why will you only be able to get it retail? If your problem is internet connection then you will probably have to wait for GOTY to buy it retail. If it is lack of a credit card or ability to make online purchases, then you can buy steam dollars retail at Gamestop to pay for it.

Could you download it at a friend's house? That's what I did for my Oblivion PC, when I still had dial-up.

Not that OP doesn't have Internet, I think its more likely she doesn't have a router hooked up.

Op could still connect with out a router as long as there is a modem just plug directly in.

Perhaps the OP is playing ENG version of Skyrim on foreign account. In that case the fastest way to play Dawnguard is to create an UK/US account and download Dawnguard.
After downloading Dawnguard on UK/US account, it is confirmed that it is possible playing on the original foreign account.
