Can anyone check to see if the "Hard Luck Blues" quest fix means that Horowitz will actually give you the Vault Trinket now?

I think I may have saved over my save at that point in the game.

This is a somewhat important issue, because they fixed that quest in the patch.

This means we COULD have a new itam in the game.

No reason to save the sharecroppers farms either, no reward and no thanks. At least the vault refuges thank you.
