I just bought this laptop and i wanna know if i can run skyrim on high or medium or with some options on high and medium.

Asus R500VD-SX198V
Intel Core? i7-3610QM, 2,3 GHz turbo boost up to 3.30 Ghz
Ram : 6 GB DDR3 1600Mhz
NVIDIA GeForce GT 610M 2GB
