Will provinces be designed according to the games?

Sorry if there is already a thread on this, but I was just wondering if the developers will make each province massive like the single player games. I know they can't make every single detail the same, but I'm hoping they will still make every province indistinguishable from scope they are in the single player games. I don't want to be in Morrowind in the town of Caldera, and be able to walk to Hla'Oad in 4 minutes. I want it to be close to the same amount of time it would have taken me to get there in the single player games. If they do this, then I would guess that they would have one of, if not, the largest gameworlds of any mmo ever made. I'm also hoping they really nail the open world exploration part. I want to be able to go in any random direction in any province and find some cave, or ruin, or fort to explore. In morrowind, it felt great to just explore, and come across tons of caves and daedric ruins and going in there and killing the bandits and skeletons infesting them, then claiming any loot that may or may not be of use to me. If nothing else, they should at least get this part of elder scrolls feel right. It would be a great substitute for any instanced dungeons and might be a great end-game itself. Any thoughts or confirmations are welcome.

I don't think you will have to worry to much about that. Most likely, we will not be able to enter another faction's are, so I guess each area will have to be rather big to compensate.

By the way, welcome to the forums!
