Ok so it's last seed (August) when you start the game. I wonder if it will snow and bake places like Riverwood with snow 3-4 months into the game when full on winter kicks in? I don't recall Oblivion ever reflecting the seasons at all except for maybe a "happy new year" greeting from an NPC, but I'm hoping with Skyrim's new snow system that paints the geometry with snow that places like Riverwood and the tundra could be blanketed with Snow come Evening's Star to Sun's Dawn. To me that would totally be awesome, and a waste of technology if they didn't do this. I've also heard fireballs melt the snow off of rocks... so I'm really hoping they put this in.

The game doesn't have seasons.

Until someone adds them. If falling snow is more realistic, then it will be much easier to implement.

People said happy new year in Oblivion? Thats actually really sweet. My only Beth game is FO3 and it sounds tiny compared to TES.

Well, as far as I know Bethesda created the TES lore. Bethesda did not create the Fallout lore.
