It all looks good but maybe the video card. Not sure about that. Are you on a laptop or desktop? If that is the built in chipset on either, I dont know if you will be able to. But I could be entirely wrong.

I would say yes, the engine is almost 5 years old and the assets are mostly identical to a 2 year old game. It shouldn't be too taxing, and all of your specs seem fine to me.
