Since Crysis 2 is going to be multi-platform I'm wondering what crytek have done about the Sandbox for consoles?
Personally i love map editing. And if the sandbox isn't on consoles i will be quite dissapointed. And if it's not on the consoles; Why?

I know the PS3 has Mouse and keyboard compatibility so that's not an issue, and the running the sandbox wouldn't be an issue either because the game obviously runs well enough on the consoles.

So if anyone knows for certain then please let me know!

I think you will have to use the sanbox editor on a PC and then transfer it to the PS3 or X360 with a memory stick or something. The sandbox editor is an advanced program so I don't think you can use it directly on concols. I don't know if you get a copy of the sandbox editor when buying a consol version of the game. I hope for the consols players sake that it does, or that you in someway can get hold of the sandbox 3.

There is no editor for the consoles and exporting to the consoles from the pc version is only possible with a devkit.

I hope there will be a console editor, but be forewarned, it would be heavily gutted from the PC version.

i think in the PC version is the Sandbox 3 and not on the console because you must have the files on your harddrive of your PC and the Console player cant copy the files from there Disk (Blu-ray and DVD) to the PC

It's obviously possible though, I mean even if it was just like the far cry 2 one atleast that'd still be something.
