So will the NPC's be more expressive in dialogue?

Do you think they will be more lifelike and fluid in their animations when they are talking and will their facial expressions seem right for what they are saying?
One thing that's seemed 'off' about the NPC's in Oblivion (and Fallout to a lesser extent) is how lifeless and robotic they feel when you talk to them. From what we've seen from the demo I'm liking how they continue to do their work when they talk to you, but how do you think it will look when you are just talking to them on the street or sitting in the bar?

They will stare in awe at me and sigh.

As long as they're not "expressive" like Ulysses was at the end of Lonesome Road. Guy couldn't stand still, I swear.
