I mean, they printed a lot of books, so why wouldn't such an intelligent society print playing cards?

Poker would be utterly out of place in a game like this. And the setting, cards are made of card, have you ever seen anything in TES made of card?

I could see dice based games of chance (Like the Witcher's poker) fitting in or dominoes oddly enough, but nothing like cards.
