What with all the topics about dragons and so forth, it occurred to me to wonder whether ESO will have any role for the Sload, the giant sentient slugs of Tamriel http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Sload

All you Redguard players will remember them fondly; for the others, you will only have run into references.

However, they're powerful necromancers, so it seems appropriate they should play some role in the ESO world. Not asking for a playable race (the issues with animations alone would be a nightmare... they'd never fit through doors, and so on), but would be fun to meet a few Has anything been said about this?

Nothing said about them. But i think is safe to assume that even if not in at launch most races and lands will be available at some point will be added via expansions. That's something I look forward to very much. Finally seeing akavir. Atmora etc
