I love this game, but I've been holding off progressing any further in Dawnguard because of the Blood Scroll glitch (where I'm unable to read it). I don't want to have to delete my Hearthfire progress because I was hoping they might address this issue with the next patch. I'm starting to wonder, but I'm not panicking yet.

Not anytime soon. The title update to support Dragonborn (1.8), has already been released to us, and it seems the main focus for the month of Feburary is PS3 dlc. If they are working on an update, I wouldn't count on it coming out until after all the DLC has been released for PS3.
