I've had this game since 11/11/11 since I preordered. In all this time I've seen various bugs that have been patched over the past year. Bethesda has come a long way with all the things they've fixed but there are bugs that seem to have been there since launch. Will they ever be fixed?

Its fairly well known that the word wall at Arcwind Point doesn't clear at times. The past few playthoughs I've made have all given me trouble at this word wall. Arngeir sends me to this word wall even if I've already learned the word of power from that wall. The word also keeps glowing with a bright white light. I've reloaded the save and Arngeir always wants to send me to Arcwind Point.

I have never... ever... EVER been able to turn in all of the larceny targets to Delvin. Either because I turned them in in the wrong order or items were bugged like the Eyes of the Falmer. My latest playthough I was able to turn in everything up to the bust of the grey fox but nothing more.

I'm grateful to Bethesda for all the work fixing bugs and glitches but are these too problematic to fix? I know fixing one thing can have far reaching implications to other things in the game. I've just hoped that these two glitches would have been fixed because I always seem to run into them every time I play this game.
