If your Walmart is a 24 hour store and they got their copies in advance, then they can sell it after midnight into the 11th. You should ask them to be sure. None of us work at your local Walmart.

Yeah that's usually when they let their part time employees off that are supposed to get off at 10.

If they are a 24/7 store they should put the game out on the shelves at or around midnight. My local store tends to be a bit lazy about it though. Despite complaints to managers.

Pilotwings 64 came out I was waiting to get it from Walmart...they are completely ignorant on those things. I would call and make sure. Don't be surprised if you hear, "what is Skyrim". Be very detailed and speak very slowly.

I've noticed Walmart is real sketchy about those.

I've pre ordered stuff from them and then they didn't have it until 2-3 that morning. Their logic was "We didn't unpack it yet, so you can't have it" instead of sticking to the sign that said it would be available at midnight. From now on stick to one of the guaranteed midnight release stores.

As others have said, if the Wal-Mart is open 24 hours, they will have it. I've gotten several random non-midnight-release games at Wal-Mart, and even if they don't have Skyrim set out by midnight, just go and talk to the person in the game department and they'll be able to run back and grab you a copy.

Walmart will generally stick to street dates. Expect it on floor @ midnight.. trust me they will get enough units.
