Sooo i believe i have done pretty much what there is to do in skyrim at this point. Thanks to a glitch i was not aware of where i got alot of levels for no reason at all. will not discuss the glitch as i have no idea what caused it. so im level 60 now but i probably would have been sooner or later

However i am seriously dissapointed i still cannot do the Blood on the ice murder quest. I would very much like to be a thane in all the major places

I see threads about this quest being seriously bugged that were posted in 2011 and im a little surprised its not fixed by now

Just asking if you intend to fix this or if you gave up or something x)

I probably missed it or it will not start because of the Dark Brootherhood questline where you kill someone i think was related to the quest in some manner(a little weird)
