So I tried stealing, deleting but nothing works. For some reason everything from fish to sword just floats in the air making Windhelm Market one big mess.

Then I found in CK that there is an option "respawns" or "respawning" w/e, in the options for Niranye's market stall. If I switch it off and then steal the items, will they still respawn or will they finally be gone forever?

I have this problem too, but just ingame.
I can't even reset the exterior cell.
