I've tried for weeks to fix this. The items in the High elf and the Dark elfs' stalls (the swords and weapons, and the piles of meat) that should be mounted to the stalls are floating in mid air. I have no way to reset the outdoor cell.
If ANYONE has ANY suggestions to fix this, I'd appreciate it.
