Windows mouse shows through into game

about 80 to 90% of the time the windows mouse comes through onto the game so I have the game mouse pointer and the small windows one. Can't find a way to stop it, please help

Disable visual themes for Skyrim, for the TESV.exe file. That is known to help in some cases.
