So I just started Dragonborn this past week and have been working my way through the old Ebony Mine, after picking up the quest from the one old miner who was searching for the bones of his late grand-dad or whatever. I've made it past the puzzle door with the Bloodskal blade, and finally into the final chamber. There is a black book, the first I have found - please note I have really tried to avoid spoilers.

So... I read it, get transported. And then... I just kept getting attacked by a creepy seeker thing, but I could not draw my weapon or cast a spell - or rather, I could hear my cross bow shooting, but it was like I had zero controls anymore on my character -could not see the weapon or hands, did not seem to be doing a lick of damage to the seekers. I could not get in 3rd person mode either.

Anyone else experience this, or did I miss some key piece of info before getting transported. I was wondering if my game glitched out. I had saved just before picking up the book, so I reloaded, and went and killed the dragon priest and word wall (which I had not done prior). I'm going to try it again, but figured I would see if there was some issue or something I was supposed to do.

This happens to me a lot with Dragonborn. If I save the game with my weapon drawn, upon reloading the save my weapon becomes invisible. Sheathing and redrawing my weapon seemed to fix it for me, though. So maybe we're not having the same problem, but I feel like its coming from a similar source.

There are plenty other game breaking glitches in Dragonborn, so I overlooked this one because it was so minor.
