I worked hard in the game to get together the 5k gold and decided that, since I hadn't in any prior playthrough, that I was going to build a home over in Hjaalmarch! Work through the quests, fight the vampire, pay my Septims, and go to build!

First, the use the drafting table quest never cleared, but whatever, I'm okay with this.

Go to build...and nothing shows up. Peek around the area, up and down, and there's nothing there.

Whatever, I think, I delete some of the mods I was using, have to end up starting a new game due to CTD after deleting the mods, do the same thing again. Burn through as quickly as I can, go to build...

Nothing. Delete all mods. Do this again. Same thing.

Peek around on the internet and get a lead. I stumble my way over to the Falkreath home location...and there's my hard work.

So...either I'm the absolute god of long distance building (surely there's a shout for that, right?)...or this is a rather interesting bug.
