Okay so I may have encountered a bug with Dawngaurd the city Winterhold is completely bugged out, I can't fast travel to the city without the game crashing to desktop and I can't even walk to the city and see it in the distance without it instantly crashing to desktop. I don't know if anyone else is having this problem but I can be pretty sure it isn't a mod I have disabled all weather mods just in case it was something to do with snow and removed the quest mod "Sea of Ghosts" just in case that also bugged Dawngaurd if anyone could help me with this strange glitch I would be most greatful because I have been waiting to play this DLC for a while now and I kind of can't with the game constantly crashing to desktop.

Validate your install via Steam would be my suggestion.

Okay I tried that but it didn't do anything :/ Being anywhere near Winterhold still causes instant crashes to Desktop for no reason what so ever.
