This on the subject of Winterhold and the lack there of building a home or repairing the city as Thane.Becoming a Thane in Winterhold is not too hard sure.But your rewards are not really worth it.You have the most lazy of Jarls living there who complains but never fixes his city and people who want you to steal stuff.Rather drap if you ask me.But If i could get the option to build my own home there.I would consider this a very good place for me.

Having a home close to the INN and to have an option to enter the college from where i am would make me happier.Can you please add a build a home and repair the city option here please.We could basically use the forest around us and work trade with other cities to rebuild Winterhold to a very busy business area with more NPCS and shop owners and Skill trainers.please see too this.

since the collapse in 4E 122 winterhold has been a small town with a huge college. building a house their would not be good.

Why is this in the Dawnguard section?..



I agree though, apart from the college, what actually is IN the hold itself? It's like the backwater of Skyrim.
